Canoeing: Paddle West 07342 741 268 For a gentle introduction, the upper reaches of the Daugleddau estuary are a rarely visited part of the National Park, with a huge range of wildlife to be seen in and around its calm waters. Guides will help you to safely explore these amazing places in stable and easily controllable Canadian canoes.
Sea Kayaking: Outer Reef 01646 680 070 For the slightly more adventurous, launch directly from the beach and explore Pembrokeshire’s unspoiled National Park coastline on sit-atop kayaks. Paddle into hidden caves, play alongside magnificent cliffs and jump into crystal clear water.
Paddleboarding: Splash! Wales 07971 271 673 Stand-up Paddleboarding is an exciting new way to explore the sea and waterways. Find your 'board legs' within the shelter of Nolton Haven or the flat calm waters of the Daugleddau Estuary at Sandy Haven.
Surfing: Splash! Wales also offer surf lessons for complete beginners, including all equipment hire. Tuition is carried out on either Broad Haven or Newgale beaches, according to sea and surf conditions.
Coasteering: Tenby Adventure 07880 746 892 Dare you try the ultimate adrenalin sport? Scramble across rocky outcrops, swim through caves and leap into the unknown on dozens of different guided routes up and down the South Pembrokeshire coast.

Llys y Frân cycling: With over 14km (almost 9 miles) of cycle paths to explore, including purpose-built mountain biking trails, Llys-y-Frân reservoir is one of the best places to get on your bike in Pembrokeshire!We welcome all ages and all abilities – just get on your bike!
Pembrokeshire Bike Hire: If you'd rather strike out from Broad Haven and discover Pembrokeshire at your own pace, why not rent road or mountain bikes plus, of course, safety helmets if you don't have your own. You can even have your bikes delivered to your Cottages early in the morning, ready for the day's adventure!
If our coastal gradients are a little daunting, consider renting an e-bike for help with the uphills? It's also the perfect way to 'try before you buy' if you intend owning your own electric bicycle.
